HÀ NỘI — Kyên Dung, 24, is Việt Nam’s Next Top Model (VNTM) after winning the All Stars 2017 contest on Saturdayin Hồ Chí Minh City, marred by controversy over another contestant who stirred up a storm with her almost skeleton-lượt thích appearance.
