Part of the Rolls-Royce charm is that it can create highly bespoke motor cars for clients, no matter how complex or outrageous the request. Visiting Goodwood, the house of Rolls-Royce in England, it is fascinating lớn see how a group of highly-skilled designers, engineers và craftspeople work intimately together lớn bring these visions khổng lồ life. The cinematic Sweptail draws on the lineage of 1920s và 30s Rolls-Royce motor cars. The client’s vision was for a coachbuilt two seater coupé featuring a large panoramic glass roof. The grille is milled from solid aluminum, the side profile defines its stately character, while the rear taper is a nod khổng lồ racing yachts. Finally, the registration number 08 is milled from ingots of aluminum and hand polished to lớn a mirror finish. It presents adramatically different Rolls-Royce coupé aesthetic.

Elsewhere, two quality motor cars were created lớn mark the opening of the Rolls-Royce Summer Studio in Porto Cervo, on the outstandingly beautiful Costa Smeralda in Sardinia. The Dawn Drophead Coupé adopts a nautical theme. The Porto Cervo motif, encrusted with gems - sapphires và mother of pearl - is embedded into the front fascia of the motor car. The navy blue and arctic trắng hues complement an expanse of teak on the decking & floor. Meanwhile, the Porto Cervo Wraith black Badge is a playful take on Sardinia’s vibrant nightlife. A two-tone diamond đen exterior is contrasted with gloss & matt paint applications, while black woven leather door panniers imply the car’s dark character.

The Spirit of Calligraphy Ghost was a special one-off commission unveiled in Dubai last year. As the name suggests, the kiến thiết references calligraphy, created here by the renowned artist Khaled Al Saai. Words are harmoniously molded into shapes, so text và image melt into one.Sir Henry Royce’sfamous lines,“Take the best that exists và make it better. Commissioned for an individual collector, the Ghost Elegance is the world’s first diamond oto – literally finished in a paint infused with diamonds. The flanks of the motor car are highlighted with mugello red và black twin coachlines, reflected inside with đen leather seats và accents in the red, carried through the stitching on the doors and piping on the seats.

In 2016, following a visit khổng lồ Pebble Beach, an American collector by the name of Michael Fux challenged the bespoke team to mix a striking new colorfor hisDawn. The result is the vibrant Dawn in Fuxia. Since, the chất lượng hue now in the Rolls-Royce màu sắc collection, is reserved exclusively for the client.

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, khách sạn Byblos in Saint-Tropez commissioned Rolls-Royce to created Dawn B50, inspired by the warmth và vibrancy of the Côte d"Azur. Finally, The Gallery was launched at the end of 2017 on the new Phantom. An application of glass runs uninterrupted across the fascia providing an opportunity khổng lồ present artwork within the car.
