HCM đô thị (VNA) – The People’sCommittee of Ho đưa ra Minh City launched an information system for handlingadministrative procedures on October 29.This system, at https://dichvucong.hochiminhcity.gov.vn/,was formed basing on the combination of the online public service portal andthe electronic single-window system.Lam Dinh Thang, Director of themunicipal Department of Information và Communications, said the people andenterprise-centred system is connected with the National Public Service Portal,the electronic authentication và identification systems, as well asinformation systems and databases of ministries và central agencies, khổng lồ createfavourable conditions for individuals và organisations lớn handleadministrative procedures in a swift và accurate manner.Huynh quang đãng Liem, General Director of the Vietnam Posts và TelecommunicationsGroup (VNPT), said the VNPT-built information system of sài gòn City is capable ofhandling 17 million dossiers each year.Meanwhile, Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Phan Van Mai noted thecity always views administrative reforms as an important task and considerspeople’s satisfaction và enterprises’ development as the meter ofadministrative reform effectiveness and civil servants’ capacity.As about 13 million people in the city,including the local population of nearly 10 million và people from otherlocalities, have the demand for administrative procedures to be processed, itwill be hard for civil servants to lớn complete handling papers on schedule if theyuse traditional methods. Therefore, applying an information system for handlingadministrative procedures is an urgent need, he added./.
